Poco has teased the launch of a new X-series smartphone, rumoured to be the Poco X5 Pro in India. The Poco X5 Pro is anticipated to launch in India in January or February. Now, the company has released teasers teasing the India release of the next smartphone in the Poco X series.
The teaser reads, “Are you ready to unleash your rebel?” followed by XO.XO.XO, which appears to be the launch date. There are now a total of five Xs, which may be a subtle reference to the release of the Poco X5 Pro in the country.
The Poco X5 Pro will replace the Poco X4 Pro, which was released in India the previous year. One of the smartphones in the POCO X5 series has received Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification, indicating an imminent release in India.

The Poco X5 Pro is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition. A portion of the camera module is visible in the teaser, which appears to be comparable to the camera module of the Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition.
Poco X5 Pro: Specifications, Price, and More (Expected)
Since it is anticipated that the Poco X5 Pro will be a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, the two smartphones may share the same specifications.
The Poco X5 Pro may feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The smartphone could contain a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone may include a 5000mAh battery with 67W charging support. The Poco X5 Pro could also include a 108MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
